How to Motivate Sales People and Inspirational Quotes!


As a sales professional, you have to wake up every day with motivation. Having good sales motivation is a unique trait and it is often difficult to learn. It is something that you either have or don’t have. There are some great books on how to motivate sales people. So, how to executives and sales managers motivate sales people? If you ask a sales person, how does your sales managers motivate you or how do you ,as a sales person, want to be motivated. You will probably get a common response. Sales people are motivated by money. I would agree with this statement on the surface. I do strongly believe that money is the number one factor on how to motivate sales people. Don’t forget about the number two, three, four, and five tops ways to motivate sales people. These (tools, work environments, expense account, etc) are the key ingredients to success when it comes to motivating sales people.
